The story of Microglass Monotype began unexpectedly in Beirut in 2019, when I stumbled upon a fascinating interaction between 35-micron retro-reflective glass microspheres and monotype inks.

Today, with the invaluable support of Luciano Murua and the renowned Malevo Stamp studio in Buenos Aires, I am thrilled to bring this technique to its full potential.

This new process is truly unprecedented. While the crushed glass and diamond dust techniques may remind some of Warhol’s iconic works, Microglass Monotype is fundamentally different.

It combines precisely engineered microspheres with specialized coatings that interact unpredictably with monotype inks resulting in prints that glow with extraordinary luminosity and texture, creating a completely new artistic language and visual experience.
